Privacy Policy

KaiCleaner is developed by Kaifuz Studio. It is built to work on your device, and to collect as little personal data as possible.

Your media stays on this device

KaiCleaner reads only the media you allow. Scanning happens locally on your phone to find screenshots, exact duplicates, similar media, and large videos. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing is removed automatically — you review your selection and confirm the system trash dialog before anything moves.

Permissions KaiCleaner uses

KaiCleaner asks for photo and video access so it can review your library. If you grant limited (selected-media) access, results are limited to the media you chose. Optional cleanup reminders use local notifications only; you can set them to 7, 14, or 30 days, or turn them off entirely.

Information KaiCleaner does not collect

KaiCleaner has no account system and does not require sign-in. It does not upload your photos or videos, does not sell personal information, and does not build an advertising profile of you.

Purchases

KaiCleaner Pro is an optional one-time purchase with no subscription, renewal, or advertising. Purchases and gift codes are securely processed by the App Store or Google Play; KaiCleaner does not see your payment details and restores Pro automatically on your devices.

Data retention and deletion

KaiCleaner’s own data (such as app preferences and reminder settings) is stored locally. You can remove it by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. For questions, contact privacy@kaifuz.com.

Children’s privacy

KaiCleaner is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as KaiCleaner evolves. The latest version will always be available on this page.
